Return Policy

We're bummed things didn't work out, however we offer free returns within the United States. Please fill out the return form through this link: https://northernneutrals.com/a/returns Please reach out to us at returns@northernneutrals.com for any questions you may have.

What you should know:

- Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment when postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order and 30 days for international customers. Anything beyond these timeframes will be refunded as store credit to be used for future purchases.

- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.

- Please email returns@northernneutrals.com regarding the return so we know to expect the item. Returned items will only be accepted in NEW condition with the tag still on. Items must be unworn, unwashed, no stains, etc, in order to be eligible for an refund, exchange, or store credit.

- Items that are Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

FINAL SALE ITEMS INCLUDE:
- All jewelry

- All bathing suits / lingerie

- Any clothing, shoes, or accessories already worn

- Anything marked final sale or discounted 30% or more

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 

 

Gift Cards and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
